DOYLE DONNELL MOORE
January 26, 1955 – June 4, 2026
Doyle Donnell Moore, 71 of Queen City, Missouri passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at the Schuyler County Nursing Home in Queen City, Missouri.
The son of Doyle V. and Doris Jean (Howard) Moore, he was born on January 26, 1955 in Unionville, Missouri. Donnell was a 1973 graduate of the Schuyler R-I High School in Lancaster, Missouri. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force where he was Military Police and received an honorable discharge.
Donnell is survived by his mother, Doris Jean Moore of Coatsville, Missouri; daughter, Amanda Vollmer and husband, Shane of Papillion, Nebraska; three grandchildren, Sydney, Madilyn and Logan Vollmer of Papillion, Nebraska; siblings, Kathy Miller and husband, Jerry of Columbia, Missouri, Sandy Moore of Wentzville, Missouri and Sam Moore and wife Robyn of Hallsville, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; other family members and many good friends. The Moore family expresses great appreciation for the care given to Donnell by his good friend, Mike McCartney.
Donnell is preceded in death by his father, Doyle V. Moore on November 26, 2019.
Donnell enjoyed being an over-the-road truck driver and construction work.
As per Donnell’s wishes, there will be no services, and his body has been cremated. Memorials have been established for the Schuyler County Cancer Relief Fund.
