GLASGOW, Mo. — Schuyler County High School athletes turned in standout performances at the Class 1 District 3 track and field meet held Saturday, May 8, in Glasgow. Eight athletes and two relay teams earned top-four finishes, qualifying for the sectional meet. Tyson Droste led the charge with a district title in the 400-meter dash and a fourth-place finish in the triple jump. Mason Oliver placed second in the 400-meter dash, and Deacon Schoonover dominated the shot put to take first place. The boys’ 4×200-meter and 4×400-meter relay teams also advanced, taking second and first place, respectively.
