CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL CASSIDAY 

April 19, 1972 – February 19, 2025 

Christopher Michael Cassiday, 52 of Fulton, Missouri, formerly of Lancaster, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at his home in Fulton, Missouri. 

The son of Elmer Ray (Sonny) Cassiday and Mary Ellen (Gosser) Beeler, he was born on April 19, 1972 in Kirksville, Missouri. He grew up in Lancaster, Missouri and in the past year and one half moved to Fulton, Missouri to be near his sister, Shelly. 

Chris is survived by his mother, Mary Ellen Beeler and husband, Jim of Lancaster, Missouri; his sister, Shelly Cassiday of Columbia, Missouri; two aunts, Tammy Buckallew and husband, Dannie of Greentop, Missouri and Karen Cassiday of Illinois; nieces and nephews including Erin Babb and her daughter, Lorelie Babb both of Columbia, Missouri and other family members. 

Chris is preceded in death by his grandparents, Birney Oliver and Elva Josephine (Campbell) Gosser and Vernon Omar (Jack) and Letha Faye (Aldridge) Cassiday; his father, Elmer Ray Cassiday on October 12, 2020 and one uncle, Walter Lee (Peewee) Cassiday. 

As per the families’ wishes, there will be no services for Chris at this time as the body has been cremated. Online condolences may be expressed to the family by logging on to normanfh.com. Burial of the cremains will be at a later date.. Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri.
