Deloris Mae (Brown) Crump, 85 formerly of Lancaster, Missouri passed away on May 3, 2026 at the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri.
The daughter of Burl Harrison and Fannie Deloris (Bounds) Brown, she was born on April 12, 1941 in Glenwood, Missouri. She attended and graduated from the Lancaster High School in Lancaster, Missouri. She was united in marriage on August 7, 1960 to Gary LuRoy Crump and to this union two sons were born, Brent and Bryan.
Deloris is survived by her two sons, Brent Crump and wife, Kathy of Lancaster, Missouri and Bryan Crump and wife, Tami of Lancaster, Missouri; 6 grandchildren, Krissy Harwood and husband, Fred of Hollister, California, Heather McCannon and husband, Mark of Unionville, Iowa, Nikole Jackson and husband, Steven of Lancaster, Missouri, Anthony Crump of Lancaster, Missouri, Timothy Crump and wife, Meg of Lancaster, Missouri and Haley Crump and significant other, Jordan Martin of Lancaster, Missouri; 9 great grandchildren, Isabella Crump of Kirksville, Missouri, Camden McCannon of Unionville, Iowa, Aria, AJ and Saige Harwood of Hollister, California, Karter, Anna and Wyatt Crump of Lancaster, Missouri and Teddy Martin of Lancaster, Missouri; numerous nieces and nephews; other family members and many good friends.
Deloris is preceded by her parents; husband, Gary Crump; one grandson, Nathan Dwight Crump on January 9, 2022; one great granddaughter, Abagail L. Crump on February 3, 2016; siblings, Burl Dean Brown and wife, Elaine, Glenna Roecker and husband, Leslie and William H. Brown and wife, Pat.
Deloris was employed with Hollister, Inc. for 35 years, from which she retired in 2007. During her retirement, Deloris enjoyed her grandchildren, the company of her dogs, Taco Bell, anything Elvis related, watching western shows and going to the movies.
As per her wishes, Deloris requested to be cremated and no services. Memorials have been established for Putnam County Care Center. Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman Funeral Home of Lancaster, Missouri.
