In the early hours of Thursday, August 1, the Cheese Post in Downing was burglarized.
There were multiple damages to property, as well as items stolen.
Two suspects, believed to be a man and a woman, were seen on surveillance video. They are believed to be driving a silver 2008 Ford F-150 reported stolen from TNT Contracting in Kahoka.
“This is an active case,” said Schuyler County Sheriff Joe Wuebker. “I do encourage anyone with information to contact the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office or the Missouri State Highway Patrol.”
A reward is being offered by the Cheese Post for information leading to an arrest.
