The Schuyler County Commission convened with the following officers and members present: Jeremy Lefler, Presiding Commissioner, Anthony Wilson, Associate Commissioner, Drew Bruner, Associate Commissioner, Lisa Small, County Clerk, Kathy Steen, Deputy Clerk, and Chris Waddle, Road and Bridge Supervisor.
The following business was had to wit:
Presiding Commissioner Jeremy Lefler called the meeting to order at 8:55 a.m.
The agenda and minutes from July 28, 2025, were approved with no additions or corrections. The motion passed 3-0.
Public Comments:
The bills and payroll have been reviewed, signed, and distributed.
At 9:00 a.m. the tax levy hearings were held for General Revenue, Special Road & Bridge, and Common Road & Bridge. Anthony made a motion to set the tax levies for General Revenue at 0.4136, Special Road & Bridge at 0.2600, and Common Road & Bridge at 0.4864, Drew seconded. Vote 3- yes, 0-no.
Chris Waddle, Schuyler County Road & Bridge Supervisor, discussed road work being done with the Commissioners.
Associate Commissioner Drew Bruner left the meeting at 11:10 a.m.
Anthony proposed a motion to adjourn the meeting at 11:40 a.m., and Jeremy seconded the motion. The motion passed 2-0.
The Commission will reconvene on August 11, 2025.
