Bruce Alan Hall, of Rolla, Missouri, passed away Monday, July 28, 2025 at the age of 70.
Born on January 13, 1955, Bruce was the son of the late Charles Max Hall and Beverly Ann (Shepherd) Hall. He married the love of his life, Shirley Ionia Day, on July 20, 1985, in Rolla, Missouri.
Bruce was a proud graduate of Rolla High School, Class of 1973, where he served as quarterback for the Bulldogs and built lifelong friendships on and off the field. He continued his football career as the quarterback at Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State University), graduating in 1978 with a degree in Business Administration.
Bruce had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and found joy in kayaking, fishing, golfing, and snow skiing. A devoted fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Mizzou Tigers, he loved cheering on his teams with family and friends. More than anything, Bruce cherished time spent with loved ones, creating lasting memories filled with laughter, warmth, and love.
Bruce will be sadly missed by his surviving family which includes: his wife, Shirley Hall of Rolla, Missouri; son, Bryan Hall of Denver, Colorado; stepdaughter, Kristen Inman and husband, Travis of Rolla, Missouri; and brother, Lewis Hall of Rolla, Missouri.
A visitation for family and friends of Bruce A. Hall will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Null and Son Funeral Home in Rolla, Missouri.
Services will continue with a visitation on Saturday, August 2, 2025, between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri. A graveside ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Arni Memorial Cemetery in Lancaster, Missouri under the direction of the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Arni Memorial Cemetery Fund c/o Norman Funeral Home, 402 W. Washington Street, Lancaster, Missouri 63548.
