The Schuyler County Commission convened with the following officers and members present: Jeremy Lefler, Presiding Commissioner, Anthony Wilson, Associate Commissioner, Drew Bruner, Associate Commissioner, Lisa Small, County Clerk, Kathy Steen, Deputy Clerk, and Chris Waddle, Road and Bridge Supervisor.
The following business was had to wit:
Presiding Commissioner Jeremy Lefler called the meeting to order at 8:59 a.m.
The agenda and minutes from June 23, 2025, were approved with no additions or corrections. The motion passed 3-0.
Public Comments:
Kurt Grogan present.
The bills have been reviewed, signed, and distributed.
Teena Fugate from the Schuyler County Cancer Relief Fund addressed the Commissioners about an upcoming fundraiser scheduled for July 19, 2025, at Whippoorwill Acres. The event will feature a meal available by free-will donation, served at 6:00 p.m., followed by a live auction starting at 7:00 p.m.
Chris Waddle, the Road and Bridge Supervisor, discussed the ongoing road work with the Commissioners.
Mark Macomber spoke with the Commissioners about West Grove Drive being rocked.
Anthony proposed a motion to adjourn the meeting at 11:57 a.m., and Drew seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-0.
The Commission will reconvene on July 7, 2025.
