The Schuyler County Commission convened with the following officers and members present: Jeremy Lefler, Presiding Commissioner, Anthony Wilson, Associate Commissioner, Drew Bruner, Associate Commissioner, Lisa Small, County Clerk, Kathy Steen, Deputy Clerk, Chris Waddle, Road and Bridge Supervisor, and Joe Wuebker, Sheriff(absent).
The following business was had to wit:
Commissioner Anthony Wilson called the meeting to order at 8:58 a.m.
Due to the absence of Presiding Commissioner Jeremy Lefler, Drew Bruner motioned to appoint Anthony Wilson as acting Presiding Commissioner. The motion passed with a 2-0 vote.
The agenda and minutes from March 17, 2025, were approved with no additions or corrections. The motion passed 2-0.
Public Comments:
Autumn Robinson present.
The checks for bills have been reviewed, signed, and distributed.
Chris Waddle, the Road and Bridge Supervisor, discussed road work with the Commissioners.
Presiding Commissioner Jeremy Lefler arrived at the meeting.
Tammy Steele, Schuyler County Collector, reviewed the year-end annual settlement for the period ending February 28, 2025, with the Commissioners.
Glen Shively attended to discuss the spreading of manure on top of a hay field.

Jeremy Lefler motioned to appoint Drew Bruner to represent Schuyler County on the Northeast Missouri Regional Planning Commission’s Transportation Advisory Council. Anthony seconded, and the motion passed.
Drew made a motion to go into executive session pursuant to RSMO 610.021(1) (discussion with legal counsel), Anthony seconded. Vote Jeremy- yes, Drew- yes and Anthony- yes.
Drew made a motion to go out of executive session at 11:42 a.m., Anthony seconded. Vote Drew- yes, Anthony- yes and Jeremy- yes.
Drew made the motion to adjourn at 11:58 p.m. Anthony seconded. Vote 3-yes, 0-no.
The Commission will reconvene on March 31, 2025.
