At the Class 1 State Cross Country Championships on Friday, November 8, at Gans Creek in Columbia, MO, Schuyler County High School’s boys’ team competed with solid efforts across the board, led by Tyson Droste and Asher Applegate.
Boys’ Race Results
•Tyson Droste – 77th place, 19:04.70
•Asher Applegate – 87th place, 19:15.20
•Tristen Vincent – 136th place, 20:34.90 (Season Best)
•Gabriel Kimbrell – 138th place, 20:35.70
•Jaxson Kaden – 142nd place, 20:42.90 (Season Best)
Droste and Applegate led the Schuyler County team with top-100 finishes, while Vincent and Kaden achieved season-best times, rounding out a strong team showing at the state championships. As a team, the Ram runners placed 14th overall.
