MSHP Report May

Arrest:

MSHP Troop B at 6:17 p.m. on May 13, 2021, arrested Kane I. March, 23, of Queen City, Missouri. March was arrested in Schuyler County for 1.) Operated Vehicle without Valid license; 2.) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; 3.) Speeding; 4.) No Insurance; 5.) Fail to Display Valid License Plates; and 6.) No Seat Belt. March was released.

The above charges are mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction, whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
