Journee Jean Speiser January 18, 1999 to May 1, 202

Journee Jean Speiser, 22, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021, at her apartment in Queen City, Missouri.

The daughter of Jeff and Theresa (Christman) Speiser, she was born January 18, 1999, in Memphis Missouri. She grew up in the Worthington area and attended the Schuyler County Schools.

Journee spent her life, loving her family and her animals. She was very outgoing, helpful, kind, compassionate, and never knew a stranger. She was also an avid music lover, which lead her to playing the guitar.

Journee was known for her infectious smile, her kind and compassionate spirit, her pretty blue eyes, and tight curls.

She spent her days with her beloved dogs. She also enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews, who melted her heart. She was a loyal friend and was known for giving the best over the top gifts for all occasions.

Journee is preceded in death by her grandparents, Harold Eugene Christman, George Law, Betty Speiser, Hazel Law, and Charles Speiser.

She is survived by her parents Jeff and Theresa Speiser, and five siblings, Janzen Speiser, Rebecea Humphrey and husband, Jeremy, Kyle Speiser, Melissa Speiser, and Jake Gardner, and Caden Speiser.

She is also survived by three nieces Abby, Jocelyn, and Birklee, and two nephews Jordan and Charlie.

Journee was a member of the Worthington Baptist Church.

Funeral services was held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 6, 2021, in the Dooley Funeral Home with Paul Crossgrove, officiating. Burial was in the Queen City Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Janzen Speiser, Kyle Speiser, Jake Briggs, Jake Gardner, James Dehart, and Jeremy Humphrey.

Visitation was held after 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2021, with the family greeting friends from 6 to 8 p.m.at the Dooley Funeral Home, Queen City, Missouri.
