MSHP Troop B at 1:54 a.m. on February 7, 2021, arrested Clayton L. Robbins, 48, Queen City, Missouri. Robbins was arrested in Scotland County for 1.) DWI. Robbins was released.

Arrest:

MSHP Troop B at 2:22 a.m. on January 17, 2021, arrested Daniel E. Lyons, 35, of Downing, Missouri. Lyons was arrested in Scotland County for 1.) DWI. Lyons was held in the Scotland County jail and released.

The above charges are mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction, whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
