The commissioners discussed Road & Bridge work that is being done. Bree passed on to the commissioners that Barb Krummel had called again, wanting to know when the Road & Bridge Department was going to do the work on S. Whitney that they were going to do awhile back. Commissioner Lindquist will be getting in touch with Ms. Krummel and going out to look at what she is wanting done. Bree also passed on that her office has received several calls about rock needing to be put on Coatsville Cemetery Road. Jim will talk to Brandon about taking a dump truck of rock out to Coatsville Cemetery Road where it is needed. Bree stated that Doyle Ward had called last week about having a tube extended on Gower Road. The tube is right off of Highway 136 onto Gower Road. The commissioners stated that the tube is the state’s responsibility. The commissioners are okay with the tube be extended, as long as the state extends it and takes care of it.
Checks for bills and payroll were reviewed, signed, and distributed.
George Kethe was in about a road tube.
Darla Campbell with the University of Missouri Extension Office met with the commissioners about the criteria, timeline to roll the CARES Act money out, and about suggestions and questions about the application and the application process.
Jim made a motion to adjourn at 12 p.m., Jeff seconded. Vote 3 – yes, 0 – no.
